HOW do we relax more at home?
Humans tend to feel more relaxed when they are away or on holidays or on a retreat 🤗
We live and run our lives from our homes so how can we make our home life more relaxing so we dont have to constantly escape it ? 🤩
What is relaxing for one person may not be relaxing for the next so I would start by making yourself a "Relaxation list"🙏
On the list include everything you can think of that helps you FEEL GENUINELY RELAXED (Overally stimulating movies are usually not relaxing because your subconscious mind does not know the difference between what is real and imagined so if you tune in your nervous system probably doesn't really relax in this setting) 💖
Place this list in as many places you will constantly see it as possible. For example, bathroom and kitchen are usually used daily 😉
Set an intention and a goal each week to do at least one, if not more, of the things on your "Relaxation List" 😎
Finally give yourself 100%permission to let go and relax. This is a practice 😉
