Meditation tools and tips 👌👍


Meditation is a powerful practice that enables us humans to heal mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually 🙏


Many seem to encounter blocks and resistance when it comes to meditation so here are some tools:


1. Choose a meditation style or technique that is well suited too you


2. Schedule your meditation sessions into your day or week and show up no matter what


3. Set up a sacred special space in your home or room that you go to just for your meditation


4. Light candles, use pillows, blankets, sage, oils and music to help get yourself into the zone and clear out any resistant energy before you start


5. If possible, meditate both alone and with others, go to a group meditation class or do meditation courses so you are not on your journey alone
