None of it is wrong or bad!
It is there as a message and unfortunately most of us have been taught to ignore instead of embrace it 🤔
ANGER is a great example !!!
Apparently, no-one is actually allowed to feel or Express ANGER ?????
Even though, if you are human you will feel angry and it is best for your health and well being to Express it (safely and healthily of course)
If we are dis-respected in some way we often feel angry because we know at a deeper level we actually deserve RESPECT
So if the anger didn't come up and give us the message that we have been disrespected how would we ever respect ?
THE ANGER IS TELLING US WE DESERVE RESPECT AND THIS IS SPOT ON 🤗
I challenge you to take a new perspective on emotions like anger and frustration and embrace them, express them safely and then look for the deeper message behind them instead of ignoring or avoiding them
